A 15907 E - Mixer / Granulator GLATT VG 65/10 Vertical Lab Granulator

This high-shear mixer granulator is suitable for laboratory or small scale use. It is designed for mixing, dispersing and granulating powders and wet granulation.. The machine is arranged for interchangeable working bowls 10, 25, 50 and 65 Litres resulting in a useful working batch capacity up to 20.8 kg depending product characteristics. The machine has a variable speed main 'Z-blade' agitator and high-speed side entry chopper - all process and recipe aspects are controlled via the HMI operator panel and PLC control.

The machine is fitted with options for charging of product via vacuum, pump and spray nozzle for binder liquid addition. It is also prepared for WIP Wash In Place with the relevant connections.

It is currently offered with two jacketed working bowls and a Glatt EL250TH mobile lifting device to assist bowl changeover.
