Description

A fully automatic capsule filling machine designed to open, fill and re-close hard gelatine capsules.

The machine is arranged to fill Powders but also has provision to fill Pellets (with appropriate Pellet Feeders which are NOT included)

Twelve Capsules are processed per stroke (intermittent operation) and the machine has a maximum output of approx 90.000 capsules per hour.

The Machine is offered with Format Parts for Size 0 and Size 1 Capsules and TWO Powder Dosing Disks for Size 1 - 11.93 and 14.72 mm Dosing Height

Description

A high-speed Comminuting Mill constructed almost entirely from Stainless Steel.
The Machine is fitted with fixed Blades (Type 225) which are reversible for either knife- or hammer action.
The shaft and blade assembly is supported in special high-speed outboard bearings which include fittings for connection to water for extra cooling if shaft speeds higher than 7,000 rpm are required.

The mill is driven by a 7.5 hp (5.6 kW) motor via stepped pulleys giving approx speeds of 1000 - 2460 or 4600 rpm.

This machine inserts strips of Cotton Wool into Containers filled with tablets, capsules etc. It is of Stainless Steel construction and designed to be positioned In-line over an existing conveyor.

The machine can make up to 5 insertions per container at speeds between 40 to 120 containers per minute.

Suitable for Cotton up to 20 g/m - Rayon up to 16 g/m and Polyester up to 12 g/m. The length of the strips can be varies to suitthe application.
