Description
This floor-mounted auger filling machine is suitable for dispensing powders, granules and pastes. It is equipped with a QUANTUM soft touch operator panel which controls all aspects of the machine.
The machine is designed for semi-automatic operation with a time delay or for manual operation by depressing a foot switch.
The machine can run at outputs of up to 120 cycles per min. - depending on the characteristics of the product and the volume to be dispensed. The fill volume range is 1 gram to 50 kg at an accuracy within 1%.
It is offered complete with one auger and nozzle set. Additional auger and nozzle sets as well as other accessories are available from the manufacturers including sets for liquids.

Description
This Cream Processing Plant is suitable for the production of emulsions, creams, pastes, suppository masses etc. and has a batch capacity of 120 litres. The total volume is 200 litres and the minimum practicable batch size is 50 litres.
The plant comprises a double-jacketed stainless steel mixing pan. The jacket is suitable for heating using steam or water (hot or cold) at a maximum pressure of 3 bar. The lid is lowered and raised hydraulically and the pan can then be tilted for discharge. Alternatively the finished product can be discharged through a centre bottom outlet.
The lid supports the following mixing tools:
Anchor Stirrer with side scrapers
Dissolver disc
Homogeniser with Toothed Colloid Mill
The Machine Body houses the Hydraulic Aggregate, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump, the relevant pipe connections and the electrical Installation.
