U 13039 E - Checkweigh Print and Camera Control System OCS HC TQCC

This automatic system for Cartons can be integrated into an existing production line or can operate as a stand-alone unit with manual product infeed. It has a maximum throughput of 300 cartons/minute.

The TQCC (total quality check control) is designed to weigh Cartons with the additional facilities for printing and camera inspection and verification of up to 3 lines of code, Data Matrix, 2D-Pharmacode, EAN, RSS and Pharma-Code via a Domino G-Series Thermal Printer and Laetus Argus Inspect wt10 / cameraset CXXS system. The print quality is also checked by the camera system.

The system is suitable for network / server connection to be and used with serialization and track and trace databases.
