This Coating Plant is suitable for laboratory or small scale use. It is suitable for coating batches of tablets from 600 g to 2.6 kg, depending on the tablet core size and product characteristics. The GC 300 comprises of mobile cabinet; the top section comprises of an all stainless steel pan housing with perforated pan. The base cabinet houses a variable speed drive, all air-handling and filtration components, heating elements, and a Watson Marlow peristaltic pump for spray coating media. The electrical installation was previously upgraded to include an Allen-Bradley PLC and PanelView 600 touch screen operator panel
