F 17294 E - Tablet Deduster and Metalcheck PHARMATECHNOLOGY DV 300 MD

This is a combined vertical vibratory Tablet Deduster and Metal Detector on a mobile frame.

The deduster takes tablets directly from a Tablet Press and vibrates/conveys them upwards on an enclosed Stainless-Steel spiral where the tablets are deburred and dedusted.

They are discharged at the top of the spiral directly into the throat of the Safeline Pharmaceutical metal detection unit.

Capacity up to 600,000 tablets per hour
