U 15827 E - Metal Detector for Powders LOCK INSIGHT with particle removal

This instrument is designed to remove and detect metal – ferrous, non-ferrous and non-magnetic (stainless-steel) particles in bulk powders at flow rates up to 3,000 kg/hour depending on product characteristics and application.

The unit comprises a single-row housed ‘easy clean’ high-intensity, magnetic separator designed to remove any ferrous, non-ferrous and non-magnetic (including stainless-steel) contaminant particles from the powder flow followed by a metal detection head to clarify no particles remain in the powder after separation.
