This is a mobile Powder Transfer Unit, which is manufactured entirely of stainless steel with all product contact parts grade 316-L stainless steel.

It comprises a base frame on lockable Castors, which supports an ‘ALC’ (Air Logic Control) panel, ‘Voutotecnica’ venturi vacuum source and a column which supports the height adjustable 20 L Powder Hopper, butterfly valve and magnetic separator

The hopper outlet is fitted with a high-intensity, magnetic separator to remove any ferrous and para-magnetic (including stainless-steel) contaminant particles from the powder flow preventing damage to machinery and reducing risk to the end consumer.

This equipment is pneumatically controlled and operated allowing the equipment to be used in areas of electrical explosion risk
