This high-performance semi-automatic machine is designed for one operator and is suitable for handling of "difficult" products such as herbal preparations and food supplements in addition to standard products.

The machine is designed for the production of capsule sizes 000 - 5 and is equipped with format parts for capsule sizes 0 and 00. Other format parts are available from the manufacturer.

Thanks to its high degree of automation, the machine's output range is stated as 18,000 to 25,000 capsules/hour, depending on the product characteristics and capsule ring size utilised.
