J 17300 E - Vial Filler, Stopper Inserter, Cap Closer FLEXICON FMB 200L

This modern, compactly built, monobloc machine is designed to fill Vials, insert a Rubber Stopper and then an Aluminium Cap which is securely crimped onto the vial neck. The manufacturer states a maximum speed of 3,600 vials per hour depending on the fill volume and product characteristics.

An integrated laminar flow unit is supported above the operating area which gives conditions better than class 100 in the filling and capping area.

It is offered with format parts suitable for handling ISO/DIN standard 6R, 8R, 10R, 15R, 20R, 25R, 30R and 50R vials with 20 mm Ø rubber stoppers and Aluminium caps (plain, tear-off or flip-off).
