L 16275 E - Cap Induction Sealer ENERCON SuperSeal MAX

This compact, air-cooled machine is designed to induction seal foil inside caps without contact. It is designed to be positioned over the conveyor of a packaging line to seal containers as they pass. The sealing unit is mounted on a height adjustable frame to suit different conveyor / container heights.

The machine is designed to seal a range of cap shapes and sizes including screw, child resistant, sports and dispensing caps at line speeds up to 30 m/minute.

The sealing head currently fitted is a tunnel type for caps 24 to 38 mm diameter – alternative heads are available from the manufacturer.
