This vertical machine is suitable for dedusting and polishing of filled Capsules of sizes 00 to 4; it is designed to be positioned directly at the discharge chute of a capsule filling machine.

It is also equipped with a 'LOCK MET 30+' Metal Detector for inspection of Capsules after dedusting and an 'ECE' empty capsule eliminator unit which is designed to sort any part filled or unfilled capsules out of the product flow.

The machine is suitable for processing 220,000 (size 00) to 500,000 (size 4) capsules per hour.
