C 14913 E - Cone Mill QUADRO 194-S Comil for Vacuum

This is a totally enclosed, low velocity conical mill with ‘gentle’ grinding operation. It is constructed in high-grade 316 stainless steel and suitable for medium scale production with outputs up to 2,300 kg/hour depending on the product characteristics.

The unit is suitable for both wet and dry sizing or granulation, dry milling of raw materials and tablet reclamation. It can also assist with the reclamation of powder from capsules.

The machine was previously installed ‘closed’ in-line between a high-shear Mixer / Granulator and Fluidbed Dryer under vacuum as part of a granulation suite. Material to be processed enters and exits through directly connected pipework to the machine inlet and discharge.
