G 15165 E - Capsule Deduster / Sorter SINOPED JFP 110

This machine is suitable for dedusting and sorting of filled Capsules of all sizes.

Filled and closed capsules fall into the cleaning chamber via a feed chute at the top, once inside the chamber they are cleaned, dedusted and polished by rotating soft brushes. The manufacturer states a maximum capacity of 150,000 capsules per hour.

The cleaned and polished capsules leave the chamber and pass through a Pneumatic sorting device, the pneumatic pressure of this device can be regulated to separate empty, broken or halve capsule shells from the ‘good’ capsules.
