L 10509 E - Cap Spinner BAUSCH & STRÖBEL HV 100 B for Vials
This is a semi-automatic Machine designed to close Bottles or Vials with Aluminium Caps. It is suitable for small batches and has a capacity of approx. 1,500 closures per hour.
Vials or Bottles with the Caps loosely applied are placed onto a lifting platform with a register (format part) and the closing process is initiated by the operator (two hand operation for safety)
The container is lifted upwards, a centering chuck securely holds the Cap in place and a flange is formed at the base of the Aluminium Caps by a series of discs.
The machine can handle Bottles/Vials with diameters of between 16 and 80 mm and heights of between 35 and 200 mm.
