This is a fully automatic packaging machine comprising an infeed conveyor, collation station for multi-layer collations, stretch-banding station and heat shrink tunnel.
The infeed conveyor and collation station has adjustable guides to suit different pack or collation sizes. Stretch film is supplied from the top and bottom of the machine where 2 reels rest on adjustable rollers.
The machine is electronically (PLC) controlled - operation parameters are entered via a soft-touch control panel with digital display.
The manufacturers state an output capacity of up to 30 items/collations per minute.
