This machine is designed to seal Aluminium Caps with very low particles generation and is therefore suitable for aseptic conditions in Clean Rooms and under Isolators.
Cap sealing is carried out with an idle edging roller and by rotation of the container support plates.
The machine comprises of a stainless steel cabinet which supports the closing station as well as a 350 cm long PVC slat conveyor.
The machine is controlled via a Siemens OP 17 Operating Panel.
