This granulator is suitable for dry or wet granulation, breaking and sieving. The granules produced are even in size - the granule size produced depends on the mesh aperture of the interchangeable screen utilised.
The granulator is mainly constructed from stainless steel. An oscillating rotor runs between long-life bearings and is driven from a 1.1 kW-motor with variable speed gearbox mounted on the framework.
The granulator has a capacity of up to 1,000 kg per hour depending on the type of material, degree of dampness and aperture size in the screen fitted.
