This Cream Processing Plant is suitable for the production of emulsions, creams, pastes, suppository masses etc. and has a batch capacity of 120 litres. The total volume is 200 litres and the minimum practicable batch size is 50 litres.
The plant comprises a double-jacketed stainless steel mixing pan. The jacket is suitable for heating using steam or water (hot or cold) at a maximum pressure of 3 bar. The lid is lowered and raised hydraulically and the pan can then be tilted for discharge. Alternatively the finished product can be discharged through a centre bottom outlet.
The lid supports the following mixing tools:
Anchor Stirrer with side scrapers
Dissolver disc
Homogeniser with Toothed Colloid Mill
The Machine Body houses the Hydraulic Aggregate, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump, the relevant pipe connections and the electrical Installation.
